Yes you can download all the movies you could ever want for free from the Internet.  But, you will need special software to do it.  You will also need to install a lot of Codecs on your computer.  Codecs are a type of compression designed for movie files to reduce their size so they will download faster.  And there are dozens of different Codecs that you will need, and many websites you will need to vist to find them all. 

This just let's you view the movie on your computer. If you want to watch your downloaded movie on your TV, you will also need conversion software to convert the file into a format that can be played on a standard DVD player.  Plus, you will need burning software to burn the movie to a CD in VCD format or a DVD.
